I ran out past the stake center and my foot didn't start to hurt right off so that was a good sign, but then in the middle it was a bother but then towards the end I was actually able to lenghten my stride a little bit, it felt good. My pace was still slow average pace was 9:11 with my total time being 31:42, my HR average was 148 so a little lower and my pace was a little faster today. I finished up with my standard upper body weight training and then some push-ups. I'll be taking the weekend off, we are heading to St. George to support all the Marathoners so I'll hang out by the pool and watch some of the runners come in and dream of next year:-)

See ya later.

Good to see Clay. Sorry I wasn't more chatty. Did ya go golfing?

I wanted to but I didn't have time;( It was nice just hanging with the family and hitting the pool, it was also fun being on the other side of the race and watching everyone come in it was a totally different perspective;) You guys inspire me to become a better runner, even on your off days! Keep running Clyde, you have way to much talent to be hanging your shoes up;)

Glad to hear you're feeling good Clay. Wish we would have had the chance to talk to you Saturday, but we sure appreciated you and all the other spectators especially those last few miles. Hope to see you out on the roads soon.
