I ran out to the old barn and back for a total of 2.45 miles, the foot was a bit of a bother but I was able to get through it. When I finished I did my foot strength training and after that my foot seemed to improve so I jumped on the treadmill for another 1.30 miles at a 9:30 pace, the foot felt better on that one. Average pace was around 9:30 with a total time of 34:10 with my HR average around 150. I can't believe all the fitness that I have lost since I injured my foot, pretty crazy really. Oh well, at least I'm back at it to some extent, I still have a ways to go before this darn foot is a 100% but I feel I'm on the right track. See ya later.
