I went to the PT today and he did my last A-stym treatment, the foot is feeling better, but I still have a way to go before I'm 100%... He looked at my running form today and had me do some step downs and I am extremely week in my quads and hip area, and he thinks the lack of strength and bad form have been the main cause of all these little nagging injuries. So he has me on some excersizes to improve my strength in these areas, hip and quad, and wants to see me back in 2 weeks to see if I am improving. It was insteresting to see how I did on the strength tests for my hip and quads and I was pathedic!!! I think that I am on the right course and once I get the strength that I need in these area's I will be alot better off and my PT seems to think that I haven't reached my full potiential because of my lack of strength in the hip and the quads.  I am feeling a little better about things it just going to take some time. I might do some running later today and practice on my form.

Later.

Glad to hear your getting this stuff figured out Clay. These things take some time and it's hard to stay diligent with all the PT exercises but I've found it to be time very well spent.

Maybe we'll see you in St. George. Did your Bro talk to you about the Sat night get together?

Thanks Tom. My Brother hasn't said a thing about Sat. Night. Let me know for sure.

I think Kim just barely gave the info to Curtis earlier today. I just emailed you with the info. Hope it works for you to swing by.
