I will be taking this week off as my achilles pain was very very bad after my long run on Saturday. I went to my brother-in-law who is a PT and he suggested icing and elevating for most of the weekend and so I did. It is improving, but since I'm not suppose to start training for SG until next week he thought it might be a good idea to take the week off and let it heal up and then see where I am at on monday the 14th. He doesn't want me crosstraining at all because if I'm not careful and I rupture it then I'll be in real trouble, so it should be a long week. I'm very bummed out and I hope this is just a bump in the road and I can get back to trianing next week.

See ya tomorrow.

Sounds like a good plan Clay. Hope the week of rest does the trick for you.

BTW Sorry we didn't get that transcript to you before we went on vacation. We'll get that to you this week for sure.

Tom- No problem they havent asked for it yet, so its all good. Just get it to me when you can;)

KP- It is feeling better today and I feel like I could run on it but I think I'll give it a week, just to be sure.
