43:00 minutes on the elliptical, leg felt really good, I also did 35 minutes of lower body weight training (legs), and some crunches using the big rubber ball, added 80 push-ups between sets of crunches... This was the first time that I didn't have any pain with my leg, so that is a good sign, mainly from the standpoint that atleast I know it will eventually heal. There is always that fear of the unknown that just maybe it won't heal, but it always does... There is that comfort that I will sometime in the near future be back to full strength, and back on the road again with all the other crazy ruinners out there. That's about it.
