Easy distance run at 7:25 pace. Ice bathed at the spring with the Hinckleys.

Ran 4 miles at 7:10 pace after school. Then ran Westlake duel as a tempo. Around 10:40 for 2 miles. Felt awesome! Went to SOLW then Sami's for hot chocolate and nachos. Shoutout to Sami and her mom they're pretty cool.

6X800 today with 4 on the overpass and 2 on the track. Overpass 2:25-2:35. Track 2:28 and 2:26. Finished up miles and paced Jamie for 2 of her 800s.

Raced first in the relay. Goals were 10:20 and top 7 didn't get either of those. Wasn't a good race physically or mentally. Idk why just didn't have it today. Died the last 800 and got passed by 2 or 3 people. Sucks that the team had to play catch up and I couldn't get us in a better position for the rest of the relay. Feel like I let myself and the team down but gotta find a way to shake it off and move on. Still got 5th as a team which isn't too bad
