| | 3 easy before school, 6:55 average. Beautiful morning
Went trail running with Brecken and Mason. Did the af canyon trail for 3 out, 9:15 average. Went down the hobbit hole and it opened up into a pretty big cave. Kinda sketch cuz there's food wrapppers in there. Way back was a little faster, 8:50 average. Forgot how hilly this run is, I love it

| | Mile warmup. Drills then another half mile with strides. Workout was 5X300 with 90 sec rest. Splits were 45, 45, 44, 44, 45. Stomach felt awful all day but to my knowledge I didn't eat any gluten so I don't know what's wrong with me. Didn't feel too horrible during the workout though so that's good. 1.5 mile cool down with coach on the turf.

| | Quad meet, ran around 3pm. Mile warmup and run with the corner canyon guys. Went on the Porter Rockwell trail then hit up some of the corner canyon trails, it was sick. 6.5 miles, 7:30 avg pace.
Ran some more at 6. Went on the trail again but this time I noticed the huge wooden T-Rex in someone's back yard holding a sign that said hang in there! I was just on a distance run but thanks anyway Dino. Felt really good, 6:05 average for 5.5 miles

| | Mile warmup, drills. 6 miles with coach and Luke, 7:03 avg pace. 400, 200, 200 strides in 67, 33, 32. Half mile to finish up.

BYU (1.988 Miles) 00:09:04, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | 2 mile warmup with Mike, Logan, and coach. Got out ok but kept it conservative for the first mile, around 4:35. Kept moving up each lap until I was in the top group chasing Casey. He came back to us so there was about 7 of us with a lap to go. Realized I could get it so I went for it with about 200 to go. Barely pulled it off, don't know how but I feel so blessed. Cool down with a huge group to the Provo river trail, iced in the river. Then me, Gill, Collin, and Chuck finished, hit up lovers lane trail it was awesome. Got 6 miles cool down.

BYU (0.994 Miles) 00:04:17 | | Warmup to the indoor track, a couple laps in there then back. Got out strong but didn't move when I should've, didn't have it in me today mentally or physically. Not happy with it at all but not too disappointed. Cool down with some of the guys, lovers lane again.
