Mile warmup. Drills then another half mile with strides. Workout was 5X300 with 90 sec rest. Splits were 45, 45, 44, 44, 45. Stomach felt awful all day but to my knowledge I didn't eat any gluten so I don't know what's wrong with me. Didn't feel too horrible during the workout though so that's good. 1.5 mile cool down with coach on the turf.
