Mile warmup. Easy 5 miles with Luke and some skyridge peeps on their warmup and cool down. Drove to skyridge after for abs, hips, and rolling out.
Evening run. Went on the deer trail behind the golf course, a lot of construction since the last time I was there. I think they'll be building soon which makes me kinda sad/mad. Looped back on the JRT. Stomach felt horrible, but other than that I felt smooth. 5 miles, 6:35 average pace.
