Mile warmup. Drills then half mile easy, strides. 4 sets of 600, 400, 200 with 200 float in between each, 4 min between sets. 600s were 1:48-1:52, 400s were 68-69 (first one was 74), 200s were 32-33. Then 2X150 both in 20, 2X100 both in 13. Cool down to 7.
