This is going to be a week of odd miles...so I started it out right! Just did 1 hour on the TM, started at 8:37 pace for 15 min, then 8:29 for 15 min, 8:20 for 15 min, then 8:13 for 7 min and the last 8 min I did starting at MP 7:47 and the last 3 min went progressive to 6:56. I had exactly 7.2 miles in the 60 min, so an AP of 8:20. All at 1% incline. I love running. Today I am grateful for my able body that just loves it. I didn't want to spin or swim today...I wanted to run. I plugged in, sat back and enjoyed it! I wish everyone ran, then everyone could feel this good all the time too. Then I did some good resistance stuff - my normal routine, plus. side steps w/band, big toe/little toe calf raises, lunges, one-leg lift bridges, then a sprint around the track and back-ups (opposite of sit-ups). Repeated 3X Then I added some elbow raises, overhead presses and skull crushers X3 for good measure. Stretch and get out of the gym.
