Sleep, sleep glorious sleep! I finally don't feel like I'm going to fall asleep all day. Amazing what 9.5 hours will do for you :) I was going to get up early and go bike with a group, but they decided to go at 9 when I have kids awake and no hubby. I thought I could do the spin class at 5:30 then run on the TM afterward, but when the alarm went off and I got up I decided sleep was more important. Crawled back into bed and figured I'd find a way to get to the gym in the morning...late morning. Got a sitter to come over at 11:00 I went and did the spin bike for 60 min. Good solid push and pace, not as great as outdoor, but hey...better than nothin'! Don't you love it when you can just feel the sweat? 8-12 beads running from your hair line down your face and neck? oh yeah...love the sweat! :) Went to the TM for a few miles to top it all off. 5.0 miles @ 1% incline - TT: 39:33 AP: 7:55 splits: 8:00, 7:53, 7:47, 7:53, 8:00 stretch and home.
