Met Kelli at the gym for some nice outside miles. Oh, how lovely it is! Just a tad on the cool side, but almost perfect. Sun, chatter and easy pace. I liked it :) 7.2 miles out and about...just wandering. Uphill start and downhill finish, just the way I like it. AP: 8:28 splits: 9:14, 8:55, 8:58, 8:39, 7:52, 7:56, 7:52, 7:47 (last .2) Finished up the last mile on the track inside after getting our spin passes. Spin was a nice hill push. My hill legs are shot, that simple. TRX class to finish it all off. A good full body workout. The hamstrings hurt, but that is to be expected the way my legs feel :) Lots of good core! Went and stretched for a good 10 minutes...especially those calves and hammies. Just over 2 weeks to Boston.
