Taking a phrase from Carolyn: Easy eight this morning. Regular rounds around the hood. Got to say hello to Kelli this morning as she sped by! AP:9:01 splits: 9:25, 8:27, 8:26, 8:59, 9:27, 9:30, 9:01, 8:52 mile 1 is 150 ft ascent, 2 and 3 are that down, 4 is flat, 5 and 6 are 150 ft gain, then 7 and 8 are 'easy' declines of net 80 each. Funny, but my paces totally show the elevation!
Back is feeling TONS better after having a weekend of rest. Only problem is my ITB kicked me hard this morning at 6.5 - NOT fun. I really just don't like that stinkin' thing!!! off to the dentist and then volleyball tonight - YEA!!!
