Indoor track 1/2 mile warmup walk. Ran 2.5 miles at a nice comfortable pace. Then 15 minutes on the Lateral machine. Will do core strengthening as well. I always do that as part of my work out, just forget to blog about it. The track was so crowded this morning, guess everyone there was wimpy like me and don't want to run in the cold. I play a little game as I go round and round to try and keep from getting bored. I look at the shoes people are wearing and try to guess what brand/model it is. There's some saucony's, oh some nice flashy brooks pure connects, hmmm...that does not look like any sorta brand, maybe payless shoes, then here come some Altras Intuitions, this lady might be a serious runner. This game never gets old, or at least it hasn't yet. |
