Indoor track 1/2 mile walking warmup, run 2.5 miles, picked up a bit on the last half mile and that was fun. Followed by 15 min. on the Lateral Helix Machine. My fitness level is not as bad as I thought it would be after a month off, but it probably helped that I did some cross training, instead of just nothing. I need to go get some new shoes. Its time. I'm thinking about trying out some altras. |
