25 min elliptical, 6 min lateral machine, 2.5 miles around the track slow. This workout lacked energy and my right side is having issues. I may need to consider taking some time off from running, but I don't want to. The thought is depressing. In fall 2011 I had a stress fracture of the right pubic ramus. This is the loop shaped bone you sit on, its the same area that is causing me problems now and its the plague of my life. |
