Short-Term Running Goals:

Doing a few more 1/2 marathons this year and continue to support new runners by running with them!

Personal:

Blessed to live in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ during winter/spring months then in beautiful Idaho Falls, ID in the summer/fall months!  Thoroughly enjoy hiking, golfing, and running all year round (not into cold winter sports)! Married to Rob for 22 years ~ Two 19 year old college teens!

A little slower pace for some reason this morning - 9:1.  Probably from walking hills in my MBT's last night and a warm morning - 74 degrees already!

Yikes, with only 4 hours sleep last night and a windy, hilly run, I felt like I was running in slow motion.  My Garmin ran out of juice so I'm not sure what my pace was.  I may have gone a little further than 4 miles, I'll do the same route tomorrow with a fresh garmin batteries to check my mileage! 

Skipping weights today as I'm still feeling my shoulders from heavy groceries yesterday!
