2 miles & 1 hour pump with Kristen. So I have been resting my hip for the last week. Not really sure if there's much difference. I can run on it, and I can feel it. It's not a horrible feeling, probably a 3 or 4 on a 1-10 scale of pain. The problem is that I am usually running on a 0 on the pain scale. Should I just run on it and deal with it? Allie would probably tell me to run on it until I cry.
