Today I officially started my training program! I was a slacker last weekend...AGAIN! So I got my neighbor Tammy to run with me! I woke up at 6, we were at the gym by 6:30 and home at 7:30 so Wes could go to work. I ran 3 miles in 27 minutes (9 minute mile, I need to shave 2 minutes off of each mile). Tammy ran it in 30 minutes. Then we did about 10 minutes of stretching a little weight lifting with the dumb bells.

It was hard at first to get going, but I am glad I went. I already feel like I have tons more energy. I actually did the dishes, got Kamrie her breakfast & showered and it's only 8:30. I am usually rolling out of bed at 8:30. :)

Today I did 6 x 400 Mile Pace. I also did Yoga this morning with my

neighbor Tammy. And I had a volleyball game. Unfortunately I made no

bake cookies today as well. All that exercise for a few no bakes!!!

Today Tammy and I again ran 3 miles. I ran it in 24 minutes and 30

seconds, Tammy ran it in 27 minutes and 30 seconds. We surprise

ourselves!!!

Today was a 4 miler! I actually felt really good the whole time I ran.

I did it in 34 minutes and 30 seconds. I didn't get Tammy's time so

she'll have to tell me! But alas tomorrow is a 6 mile run and Tammy

will be gone to Arizona! We'll see how I do on my own. :(
