| Today I ran a 1 mile warm up. then Susan & I worked shoulders. We did all sorts of lifting things with our shoulders and putting them down with our shoulders. :) then I ran 4 miles. What I ran 5 miles? Yes... don't act shocked. No burt not preggers. :)

I'm coming backkkkkaaakkkk. I know it's the moment you've all been waiting for. Most it's b/c Leandra misses her older sister and even more mostly is b/c Allie still hasn't sent me the colors for my bridesmaid dress. I am going to run a 5k on St Pat's day and I'm a hoping for a pr. I need to go buy a green running outfit. ps I saw burt at Kamrie's last basketball game. I tried to take a picture with my phone without looking to obvious and not getting too close. It didn't really work out. Bummer. Today I ran 5 and worked arms (bis & tris) with Snoozin Susan. We worked chest on Sat and decided it's too close together so this week chest will be fri and leg day on Sat.
