woke up pretty darn sore from the HIIT work out yesterday w/ Sue. I hit the TM around 9...i needed the sleep in. Did 8 800 repeats. I was supposed to do 10, but since when have I ever done the full workouts I am supposed to do? :) It is amazing how much my running legs & running mind are rejuvenated when I take a couple days off from running and cross train. 2 weeks to st george and I am very excited!
