Ran 7 w/ Susan.  It was supposed to be a 10 miler, but I had to stop and walk at mile 7.  Susan was nice enough to run home and drive back to get me.  I've been looking online and I think it's  a grade 1 thigh strain could be a grade 2.  Time for some R.I.C.E for me.

Oh snap! I'm sorry Merri. Sounds a little like my hip flexor strain after Ogden. Biking is a GREAT x-trainer and will keep your fitness up too! Maybe I'll bring my bike down there and you and I can ride circles around Lily and Allie when they try to out run us. We could also get some apples to eat then throw the cores at them when they think they're fast enough to almost catch us! :) Whatd'ya say?

Rachel I'm soooo there. Only I say we throw rotten tomatoes. I'm going to spin tomorrow morning so we'll see if I can handle that. I could actually climb my stairs today. It was a great day.
