Ran 5 miles in total. My first mile was my warm up mile, and the next 3 I ran them under 8 minutes.
Ran 6 miles after work. It was around 90 degrees. Very hot. I ran the first 5 miles at around 8:30 pace, because it was so hot. Then the last mile I tried to push and finished it in 7:23 pace.
I was supposed to run 6 miles today, but close to mile 2 I started feeling a pain in my left knee. Therefore, I stopped and just walked home. Will ice it and rest.
