 Started running May 2008.

Ran the Miami Corporate Run:  24.17

My next 5k was during Independance weekend: 21:42

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to qualify for Boston.  I need to run a marathon under 3:10

To finish a 5K in under 20 mins

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run Boston, New York, London and just stay running

Personal:

I have a wonderful wife and my pride and joy of a year.  I know that running marathons are hard, but you should see the hard work that my wife does to keeps our baby healthy.

My garmin was low in battery, but I thought that it was going to be enough to complete my workout.  However, it did not.  A little bit before mile 2 it turned off.  Therefore, I was just trying to run normal and enjoy my workout.

This was my second long run in a while.  I felt much better this week than last week.  However, I still feel that I need more miles on my feet.

Ran 5 miles in total.  My first mile was my warm up mile, and the next 3 I ran them under 8 minutes.

Ran 6 miles after work.  It was around 90 degrees.  Very hot.  I ran the first 5 miles at around 8:30 pace, because it was so hot.  Then the last mile I tried to push and finished it in 7:23 pace.

I was supposed to run 6 miles today, but close to mile 2 I started feeling a pain in my left knee.  Therefore, I stopped and just walked home.  Will ice it and rest.

I was supposed to run 14 miles today, but felt a disconfort in my left knee.  Therefore, I was only able to comple 5 miles.

Ran 5 miles in total.  First mile was my warm-up mile, then the next 3 ran them at a tempo pace, and finally my cool down mile.

Ran  7miles at a very confortable pace.  However, we ran 2 of those 7 miles at a pace of 7:40.

Ran 12 miles in total.  I was supposed to run 16, but my legs gave out on me.  After 10 miles I just wanted to walk back home.

Ran seven miles in total.  I felt very tired today and had to walk a lot.  It took me over 1 hour to complete the seven miles.

I was supposed to run 18 miles, but was not able to complete them.  Instead I ran 17 miles.  I have to reconsider my program since I am having so many bad runs.
