Run consistently and injury free. Maintain a healthy balance between running and other life priorities. Encourage my ever-aging running buddies to keep running so we can continue to share runs on the trail instead of rocking chairs. Personal: Blessed to be married to Karen for 30 years. | 8 miles @ 11:33/mi. Murdoch Trail north. Another social run with Nick and John. I ran the last mile in 8:32. Running 12-14 minute pace seems to beat my body up much more than running at 8-9 minute pace. I enjoy the conversation, and the time on my feet is probably good marathon training, but I don't know how much of it my old joints can handle. |
