Ran 7 miles @ 8:43 pace - Then biked 10 miles slow with Sarah. First real run in several weeks. I was disappointed because my stupid hip started hurting again...

Morning - 3 miles @ 7:44 pace.

Evening - Rode 21.06 easy miles with a friend @ 17 mph. (Ha ha, HR avg was 125. I barley broke a sweat even though it was 100 degrees when we started!)
