I didn't get the picture but that has to add insult to injury. I hope it's not too painful and won't take a long time to heal. You were in the back of my mind when I was going down a hill the other day on a ride. I hit the breaks and slowed things down a little. Take care and get healed up.....

Is that actual bone sticking out? I hope that picture is from the day of the accident, and not now...wow! Get well soon.

My shoulder is healing but still hard to raise my arm up. The doctor doesn't think I have a rotator cuff injury, just the cracked bone. I'm going back to see him in 3 weeks but hopefully it will be healed by then. I have an appointment with the foot specialist on Monday to try and figure out what to do about that problem. Ahhhhh

Hey Preston, I'm back to blogging and saw this. That's really tough, guy, hope you get back at it very soon. You are a warm-weather runner, don't want to miss these precious summer months!

Man, your in a world of hurt coming from both ends and meeting in the middle. Those bikes are dangerous especially when you wear those tight spandex girly man pants? (-: (-: , ya know what I mean? I'll say a prayer for your speedy and complete recovery, and you have to be careful out there!!!!
