Track Repeats today. I was a little sluggish to begin with but picked it up on the second and third ones. Looking back I'm wondering if I should have run them all a little harder?
As I run distances like this I continue to realize that my cardio, actually my breathing, is what is holding me back. I need bigger lungs. :-)
