Oh no! Take it easy a few days and get that cleared up! Lingering Bronchitis can be a bear! You are averaging over 8 miles a day this year & two 20 milers in the last 2 weeks ... a couple days rest will not hurt.

This is the fourth time I've been sick since Christmas. 1st the flu,2nd the chest cold, 3rd the stomach virus, and now again the chest cold. I'm tired of being sick! I feel much better tonight so hopefully I can go to the gym and run some easy miles in the morning. I have to go to Florida on Thursday and Friday for business so running will be sketchy at best.

I feel your pain my friend. I was just got the ok to run today after 6 days. blame it on Canada.
