Just couldn't get my legs moving this morning. Only one mile under 8:00 pace. This seemed much harder than it should have.

Read my entry, it will cheer you up. Driving through San Marcos on my way to San Antonio for a wedding reception tonight. I'll wave in your general direction.

I'm jealous of the 18 plus miles. Nice!

Hey nice miles. Don't sweat the pace, most my runs my legs wont move. I was catching up on your week, I know you will do better on the ropes next time - you are excellent that that!

You still put in some solid miles, so it's a small victory. Are you still planning on OKC? I finally put my money down about a week ago...

Hey Flat,
I read you blog and ... sorry, it didn't cheer me up :-(
Thanks Rye,
You can be jealous but I'm telling you it wasn't fun.
Joe,
I'm entered in OKC but it's all up in the air right now for me. I'm kinda down and not feeling like I can achieve much by running it. I'm going to give it a few more days before I make a decision.
RT,
No body pain...It was all mental!
