Ran on the TM this morning here in Florida. I really didn't want to attempt an Interval Workout on the TM so I just ran 10 miles starting at 8:34 and dropping 6 seconds each mile throughout the 10 mile run. Ended up with the last mile at 7:35 and the last quarter I sped it up till I reached a 6:00 pace. I'm not very motivated right now...mabe I'll try running outside tomorrow.
