Great to see you running again! You will be back up to speed before you know it.

Are you running in a sling? A cast? I was thinking that if I had to run with one of my arms immobilized, that would be really tough sledding. Add to that this crazy heat... man, you are a trooper!

Ha ha...no sling, no cast just limited movement but its getting better quickly. I'm still a week out from seeing the doctor to see what I am supposed to do. Definitely not supposed to be rumming. Hopefully all will be well when I see the doctor and ill be a couple of weeks ahead in my training.
This is the time of year I would rather cycle because of the heat.

Sorry to laugh at your pain, but I had this picture of you running down a beach, with one of your wings stretched out in a halo-like contraption, complaining about your foot blisters, tongue hanging out... you get the idea. It's a little funny.

Blisters from running barefooted on the beach sounds like a pretty nice way to get some blisters! I mean, if you're gonna get them anyway, have it be from a beach, right?

Right :-)
