35 Miles with the San Marcos Cycling Group then another 10 by myself.
The group rides at different paces and takes a few breaks throughout the ride. I think I averaged about 18-19 mph overall.

Dan,
This ride took longer than normal because we stopped a few times. the ride would consist of some warm-up at about 15-18 mph, then some sprints at about 25-28 mph, then a stop to wait for the slower riders. I ride the 29.5 mile morning ride continuous and it takes about 1:33 minutes. Time wise it's like running a half marathon but effort it's more like running about 10 miles.
