Another one of those days where I ran mostly AMP miles. I though, when I first went out, that today would be a faster day and I would be able to increase my run intensity. It was completly dark and I didn't even look at my watch until after mile 6. I was feeling good and just running by feel but at mile 10 I kinda bonked and began to really struggle. I'm assuming it's the heat and hmidity and maybe me getting dehydrated. I felt a little light headed and really struggled from that point to the finish.

John 3:27-30
27 John replied, “No one can receive anything unless it is given from heaven. 28 You yourselves can testify that I said that I’m not the Christ but that I’m the one sent before him. 29 The groom is the one who is getting married. The friend of the groom stands close by and, when he hears him, is overjoyed at the groom’s voice. Therefore, my joy is now complete. 30 He must increase and I must decrease. |
