The only hard thing about these gym days is the fact that I have to get up extra early to go to the gym. I also seems the earlier I get up the slower I get ready. :-(
It's good my arms are not as sore now as they were a couple of weeks ago when I started back on the gym workouts.

Sorry, I don't post things like this very often but I really felt convicted to share this with you. Please take 1:50 seconds out of your life and listen to this!

I tried to listen to it but my computer started telling me to get out of there - so I did. I read the title of the recording and although I'm not religous, the idea seems to make sense to me.

I have something for you to see Preston. It is about the massive persecution in Egypt right now. I am sad at the state of our country and that will really fit in with that video you linked. Of course, the problem is mine is a ton longer. I will get it to you.
Thanks for sharing and nice workout :)

Bam,
"Religous"...that sounds like a negative term. I'm not religious either, just a believer sold out for Jesus Christ. :-)
Dan,
I look forward to seeing it.

Nice job getting to the gym. Those sore arms help you remember which muscles are still alive. Or something like that.
