Recovery Day...

Everything is feeling pretty good. My knee is just a little tinder but no more swelling. My feet and ankles are just a little sore but nothing different than when I'm running my usual.

Confess

·             Matthew 10:32: "Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also
confess him before My Father who is in Heaven."

·             Romans 10:9-10: "that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and
believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for
with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth

Today was the first day I felt normal getting out of bed too. Glad to hear the injuries are hopefully clearing up.

I'm feeling fairly normal too but I'm going to "toe the line" and restrain from running for a few more days. I'm trying to pick out another race too.
