Nice really easy run on the treadmill in the gym. Lifted some weights afterwards as usual. Did the same run on Monday but today seemed very easy...a little sweat but never felt tired. Trying to decide about tomorrow's run (or no run). Friday will be a 16 miler...not real fast though.

After looking at that run you did Sunday I'd say your looking real good to hit that BQ and I'd bet you go well under your 3:25 goal. Good luck with the rest of your training.

I'm not really sure what I can do. I'm thinking about starting out for the first half at about 3:30 pace and then pick it up if I feel good after that. All this race strategy is somewhat new to me...
