My plan was to run 1.5 warm-up, 10 @ 7:49 pace, then 1.5 cool-down. This run was harder than I expected. It was 63 degrees and drizzling rain the whole time. I felt very hot and tried to keep my HR down in the first miles (this didn't work) and this made me miss my goal a little. Miles 2 and 3 have the most hills so I tried to slow on these miles to help my HR.
