I'm still wondering how my quads could have gotten so tight while running the marathon and the rest of my legs felt fine. There was no "cramping" just tightness in my quads. Today the quads are much better and the rest of my body feels like I didn't even run. I think I'll be good to cycle tomorrow and on the weekend and start running again next week :-)
