I love Track Repeats....! Today was 10 x 400 @ 1:27 Pace on the RLRF program with 400m active recover, 2 miles warm-up and 2 miles cool-down.
I decided to begin picking up the pace after the 4th one and then I ran 2 extra just because I felt good and wanted to. Slowest 400m (1:27), Fastest 400m (1:07).
