Woke up this morning and my knee felt 99%. Went to the gym and ran three sets of two miles (with short rest & high rep weights in between). Mile paces run: 9:00, 8:30 (HR 125) break, 8:30 (HR 136), 8:00 (HR 147) break, 8:00 (HR 150), 7:30 (HR 151) break, 7:00 (HR 163). The only thing is after about a half mile I had some discomfort (I'm not going to even call it pain) which stayed until each run was finished. It also gets a little sensitive to the touch. After a couple of minutes it would mostly go away until the next run. Came to work and iced it for 20 minutes. We'll see how it is tomorrow.
Romans 15: 1-3
1 We who are strong must be considerate of those who are sensitive about things like this. We must not just please ourselves. 2 We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord. 3 For even Christ didn’t live to please himself. As the Scriptures say, “The insults of those who insult you, O God, have fallen on me.”
