Whooo...sore quads after yesterdays fiasco! Everything else was good. decided to go out and run 14 at a moderate pace. I took two Gu's (ate one at mile 4 and one at mile 8) and the same water as yesterday but with intention of only running 14 so I wouldn't run out of water. throughout the run my quads stayed sore but didn't get any worse. At the end of the run I was getting a little fatigued as you can see from the heart rate rise. Although this run does not equate to a marathon confidence builder at least it proves to me I can get back where I want to be soon. The only real problem I have now is my toes. My longest toe on both feet really blew up under the toenail. This has happened before and it's somewhat painful. Hopefully it will go away quickly...they really look aweful too!
Happy Easter to Everyone....!!!! "He has risen"
Matthew 28:7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you."
