7 miles on the elliptical at noon today. Decided I would rather work out than eat lunch ha ha. I need to get some more reading material for work.
7 miles on the track at the gym tonight. Didn't have a plan when I went but got about a mile and a third in and decided to do some float (fartlek) miles. So away I went. Doing the whole workout by feel not looking at my watch until I was finished. Recap 7 miles @ 7:11 pace
