Just didn't feel like running today. I forced myself to get in 3.7 miles before heading to spin class.

Woke up late and was only able to get in 7 miles, 8:00 AP. This run was pretty slow, every time I tried to incorporate speed in my left calf would hurt-weird.

Did a progressive speed run to test my calf for pain. Ran 5.1 miles with zero pain, yay! Went to kickboxing class with Jana.

Ran 10 miles some slow, some super fast. I'm just glad my calf is feeling good. Weights worked hamstrings, quads, calves, lumbar, delts, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, inner thigh, outer thigh, abs and obliques. This was a very productive day for me at the gym and I felt great, love it.
