Ran 5 miles with a few fast miles mixed in. Weights worked quads, hamstrings, calves, inner thigh, outer thigh, chest, shoulders, delts, lats, biceps, triceps, abs and obliques. It felt good to do a full body workout.
I just want to start by saying how good it felt to do a long run. I started the morning early with Jason and Joe to run a thankful 13 miles. Each mile we would say something we were thankful for. It was a beautiful morning for running, the temperatures were perfect and we saw the most amazing sunrise. There are so many things I'm thankful for and feel so blessed.
