Ran 1 slow warm up mile then brought it up to tempo for another 2.5 miles. Everthing is feeling so good lately. I hope I don't jinx myself by saying that!:) Headed to yoga for some nice stretching.
Decided to break in my new Pearl Izumi Streaks, they felt great! I started out with a nice progressive warm up, then ran a nice steady pace with some speed work intermingled in. 8.15 miles 7:53 AP.
