I had planned on waking up early doing a quick run, then lift weights. Unfortunately my body had other plans. I don't know why, but I've had the hardest time getting moving in the morning lately. I think it might have to do with the fact that summer is coming to an end. I instead decided to do a speed workout, probably not the best idea the day before a LR, oh well it felt good! Ran 6.6 miles some miles were a lot quicker, some a bit slower 7:42 AP. |
