| 10 miles listening to good tunes. The run went by quickly. I had 3 miles that were fast, but overall nice and easy 8:00 AP. |

| Ran a slow 5.5 miles 8:34 AP. I forgot my headphones, so this run seemed to last forever. Weights worked quads, inner and outer thigh, hamstrings, chest, delts, lats, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs and obliques. |

| Got to the gym and was ready to run a few treadmill miles before class when Scott came and asked if I wanted to run a few slow miles outside. I gladly hopped off the treadmill and ran 2.5 slow miles with Scott, Melissa, Paul, Kira, Kasey and Sandy. It was so much fun, good chit chat the whole way. When we got back to the gym I still had a few minutes to get some good fast miles in ran 2.05 miles 7:30 AP. Then off to kickboxing class. |

| Ran 3 slow miles and picked up the speed for the last mile. Weights: worked quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh, glutes, shoulders, chest, lats, biceps, triceps, abs and obliques. Ready for my long run tomorrow and a fun 5k. |

| Met up with Scott and Melissa and ran the Speedy Spaniard course from finish to start, then start to finish. The first half was tough with a lot of uphill since we were running the course backward. We maintained a pretty good pace with a 8:32 AP. The second half was much easier, but we took it a bit slow as we weren't looking for speed 7:50 AP. It is always so much fun to run with these two, not only do they push me, but they are so funny! My right hip flexor started hurting toward the end of the run. I was then supposed to do a 5k, but it was cancelled due to potential rain, bummer! |
