5.05 miles 7:47 AP then weights. I worked inner thigh, outer thigh, quads, hamstrings, glutes, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, abs and obliques.
3.4 slow miles before spin class.
Ran 3.55 fast miles then whole body weights with heavy legs, I'm gonna feel this tomorrow.
6 uber slow miles. My legs felt like lead from yesterday's workout.
4 fast miles then weights. I worked hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, chest, abs and obliques.
10.05 slow miles.
